At 420 Framed, each piece is printed to order with care. Below you'll find information about our shipping timelines, costs, and process.

Processing Time

All prints are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States and internationally. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your location and order size.

Estimated Delivery Times:

Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days after processing
International: 7–21 business days after processing

Note: Delivery times may vary due to customs, postal delays, or external factors beyond our control.

Packaging

All prints are carefully packaged in rigid mailers or shipping tubes to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll do our best to make it right. If your package is lost in transit, please reach out so we can investigate with the carrier.
